Privacy Policy

Rehab Connect USA LLC operates a free addiction-treatment directory. Browsing the directory is anonymous. This policy explains what we do - and don't do - with information.

What We Collect

We don't require accounts, sign-ins, or any personal information to use the directory. We collect anonymous, aggregate website analytics through Plausible, a privacy-respecting analytics tool on infrastructure we control. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personally identifiable information, and anonymizes IP addresses.

What We Don't Collect

We don't collect clinical information, substance-use history, insurance details, or treatment history. We don't operate chat tools, screening questionnaires, insurance verification, appointment-request features, or any form that asks about your health or treatment. If you contact a facility from this directory, that contact happens entirely between you and that facility, using the facility's own phone number or website.

Past Support Group Submissions

We previously offered a form for submitting peer support meetings for listing on our Support Groups page. That form was removed on September 1, 2026, and we no longer accept submissions. Submissions received before then included the information entered in the form: the submitter's name and email address, and the meeting's name, type, location, schedule, description and website. Our server also recorded the IP address and browser information each submission came from, to help prevent spam. We retain those records. We do not share them with treatment providers, sell them, or use them for marketing.

What We Don't Transmit

We don't sell, transmit, or otherwise provide your information to treatment providers as leads. We're not a referral service. We're not a lead broker.

Third-Party Tracking

We don't embed advertising pixels, tracking beacons, or third-party behavioral analytics. Plausible (hosted on infrastructure we control) is the only analytics tool in use.

Security

The site is hosted on a private server with HTTPS enforced site-wide and standard security hardening (firewall, intrusion prevention, automated security updates).

Updates

This policy is reviewed annually and updated promptly upon any material change. Version history is maintained in our records.
