Rehab Connect USA is a free, anonymous addiction-treatment directory. This policy explains what we do — and don't do — with information.
What We Collect
We don't require accounts, sign-ins, or any personal information to use the directory. We collect anonymous, aggregate website analytics through Plausible, a privacy-respecting analytics tool we host ourselves. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personally identifiable information, and anonymizes IP addresses.
What We Don't Collect
We don't collect clinical information, substance-use history, insurance details, or treatment history. We don't operate contact forms, chat tools, screening questionnaires, insurance verification, or appointment-request features. If you contact a facility from this directory, that contact happens entirely between you and that facility, using the facility's own phone number or website.
What We Don't Transmit
We don't sell, transmit, or otherwise provide your information to treatment providers as leads. We're not a referral service. We're not a lead broker.
Third-Party Tracking
We don't embed advertising pixels, tracking beacons, or third-party behavioral analytics. Plausible (self-hosted on our own server) is the only analytics tool in use.
Security
The site is hosted on a private server with HTTPS enforced site-wide and standard security hardening (firewall, intrusion prevention, automated security updates).
Updates
This policy is reviewed annually and updated promptly upon any material change. Version history is maintained in our records.
