Rehab Connect USA is an independent, informational directory of substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment facilities. We exist to help people and families find treatment resources — not to sell, steer, or broker care.
Our Independence
- We are not a treatment provider.
- We do not operate a helpline or call-transfer service.
- We do not receive compensation for patient referrals, admissions, calls, form submissions, or any per-patient activity.
- We do not steer visitors toward any specific facility based on compensation.
- Paid advertising listings, when present, are clearly labeled and do not affect our editorial sort order or content.
Our Sources
- Facility data is primarily sourced from SAMHSA FindTreatment.gov, a federal public database of licensed addiction treatment providers.
- State-level statistics on substance use, treatment access, and recovery outcomes are sourced from the SAMHSA National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) 2023-2024.
- We refresh facility data on a documented monthly cadence and publish refresh timestamps.
Our Editorial Practices
- We do not make clinical claims, outcome promises, or guarantees of recovery.
- We do not claim accreditations for listed facilities beyond what SAMHSA publishes.
- All auto-generated blog content carries a disclaimer identifying it as informational, not medical advice.
- We attribute data sources on every facility and state page.
Our Compliance Posture
- We operate in compliance with the Florida Patient Brokering Act (Fla. Stat. § 817.505) and the Florida Deceptive Marketing of Substance Abuse Services Act (Fla. Stat. § 397.55).
- We structure any future advertising arrangements as flat-fee contracts unrelated to patient volume, admissions, or revenue — consistent with safe-harbor frameworks under 42 C.F.R. § 1001.952.
- We do not accept compensation in any form tied to patient referrals.
Crisis Resources
- If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
- If you are experiencing a substance use crisis, call or text the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (24/7, English and Spanish, free and confidential).
- If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
